Quick fixes
iUninstall does not find my iPhone
- Use a cable that transfers data, not only power.
- Unlock the iPhone. If it asks "Trust This Computer?", tap Trust.
- Connect the iPhone directly to the Mac, not through a hub.
No Screen Time information
- On the iPhone, open Settings › Screen Time and turn on Share Across Devices.
- On the Mac, open System Settings › Screen Time and turn on Share across devices. Both devices must use the same Apple Account.
- Give iUninstall Full Disk Access in System Settings › Privacy & Security.
- The first information can take some hours to arrive on the Mac. You can still select and delete apps without it.
An app does not delete
- Keep the iPhone unlocked and connected.
- Check Settings › Screen Time › Content & Privacy Restrictions on the iPhone. Deleting apps must be allowed.
- After you fix the cause, click Try Again.
- A device that an organization manages can block deleting apps.
License key
- The key is in the email from Dodo Payments. Check the spam folder.
- To move the key to a new Mac, open Settings › License on the old Mac and click Deactivate This Mac.
