Open the downloaded file, and drag iUninstall to the Applications folder. Then open iUninstall.

Connect your iPhone with a USB cable and unlock it. When it asks "Trust This Computer?", tap Trust.

The setup guide helps you turn on the optional Screen Time information. Then select apps and delete them.
